Three different places, one associated image
In 2018, we were given a branding project to create the new corporate image for the Roca Foradada concerts.
The first step of the project was to renew the naming of the series of concerts and look for a brand image.
As the profile of participating groups was closer to that of a festival rather than that of a series of concerts, the new name became Roca Foradada Festival. In this way, we did not lose the reference to the place, but we gave it a newer air with the intention of reaching a wider audience.
The second step was to create the logo by playing with the foradada or forged typography and creating an image of nights, music and sea.
Graphically, to explain that the estival was spread between three spaces (the Foradada Rock, the seafront promenade and the Church square), we identified each place with it’s own texture. And with this resource we created the different posters, the handheld program and promotional publicity.
